HENRY STREET TOWNHOUSES, COBBLE HILL, BROOKLYN
The Henry Street Townhouses are three luxury townhouse units built from the ground up in the Cobble Hill Historic district. Initially designed by BKSK Architects, LLP, the project was later acquired by PACS who developed construction documents and completed all aspects of construction administration. PACS redesigned the townhouse interiors, which feature modern elements, incorporate state of the art custom kitchens and bathrooms, and offer private outdoor spaces.
